Gillian has a proven track record in improving budgeting processes, increasing revenue and reducing operating costs. She also has expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and compliance, has a strong commitment to delivering results, and providing financial guidance to senior management.

A passion for developing people in her teams to be the best that they can has contributed greatly to Gillian’s success. Another factor being the delicious gluten free home baked goods that she brings to the office for her colleagues!

Apart from her professional endeavours, Gillian enjoys singing in local choirs, serving as a trustee of Music at St. Mary de Haura, as well as being Treasurer for the PCC of St Mary De Haura, cycling, and practicing yoga.
